duBulb Consulting is born out of the passion for two sectors which can actually work together as one. Many view this as an impossible task because the two sectors are actually wide enough to function effectively singularly, which has not actually created an opportunity for them to look into the possibilities of the two coming together and the powerful impacts both will have on each other.

Educational sector is a fast moving sector in the country and over the world which has a versatile impact on the country’s economy. Thanks to the private schools that created a big chance of employment for the citizens, thereby reducing the rate of unemployment in the country by certain percentage.

Human Resource Management is another wide, productive sector in the country which has also created employment opportunity for the citizens due to specialization of certain areas and scopes. HRM is really growing fast and various areas of specialization emanates virtually every year from this sector.

These two sectors are really productive to the country’s economy due to their fast moving growth.

Nevertheless, the application of HRM into education will make the educational sector more productive. Many has it in mind that HRM can only function in the companies and corporate sectors. However, HRM can function in any organization that is run by Human and has human as employers and employees. This is why EduBulb Consulting was birthed, in other to render this service- the application of HR functions, strategies, policies, planning, etc into education (schools).
